- No parking on Dougherty Drive from 6 a.m. until the end of
the event, approximately 6:45 p.m. so that Dining Services and other vendors can have easy
access to the Festival location.
- No through traffic permitted around the Grotto area from 1:15 p.m. until
2:30 p.m. during the Liturgy.

No traffic between the Pavilion and Dougherty Drive along Ithan Avenue
from 3:45 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. so that the parade may proceed on Ithan Avenue.
