For Guiding Presence

Lord God, creator of all,
remind us now of your guiding presence.
Open our minds to the ideas and opportunities before us,
and fill our hearts with compassion and generosity for each other.

We pray this day for the well being and success of our students,
for our colleagues, our families,
especially for all those who have been called home to you,
and for the special needs which we bring to you now ......

Bless each of us and our work.
Be with us, and lead us throughout the day.

And we make this prayer in your name,

For Spirit and Courage

Heavenly Father,
Fill us with your spirit and courage,
so that we might bring our talents and gifts to this important work.
Open our minds to the task at hand.
Open our ears to each other.
Open our hearts to your will.
